Head athletic trainer, former professional ‘NFL’ and ‘Division 1’ strength and conditioning coach, master’s in kinesiology, military veteran, martial arts instructors, yoga certification, massage certification, experience in fields of physical and occupational therapy, multiple sport coaches and counseling.
We will develop a fitness program for you that is:
