Andrew Duff

As a seasoned strength and conditioning specialist with a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, I bring a wealth of experience to my clients. With a background in kinesiology from The College of New Jersey and a master’s degree in Sport Science from the University of Pittsburgh, I’ve developed a passion for building successful habits and fostering positive relationships that enhance overall quality of life. My coaching experience spans various age groups and disciplines, including serving as a College Strength and Conditioning Coach at Carnegie Mellon University and a Youth Weightlifting Coach at the Pittsburgh Fitness Project.

As a dedicated professional with a Level 1 Weightlifting Coach certification through USA Weightlifting, my goal is to empower clients to achieve their goals and improve their well-being. Whether through personalized training programs or group coaching sessions, I focus on creating a supportive environment that encourages growth and development. With a strong foundation in research, having served as a Research Assistant at the UPitt Neuromuscular Research Lab, I’m well-equipped to design effective and safe training programs tailored to individual needs. Devon Forrestel

Devon is a 35-year-old mom of two who has been a member of the Greate Bay Functional Training program since 2021. She has her certification in group fitness through AAAI and is currently enrolled in courses to obtain her master’s of functional training through the Functional Training Institute. She hopes to further her education to obtain her Strong First certification as well! She is also First Aid, CPR and AED certified.

She looks forward to helping others work toward achieving their fitness goals!

Amy Manzione

Amy Manzione brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to her role as a fitness instructor. Born in Des Moines, Iowa, and having lived in various places throughout her life, she now calls Egg Harbor Township home after nearly two decades. Amy is a mother of three and a successful culinary professional, owning and operating Stir It Up Catering, Craft Kitchen, and Scratch Baking alongside her husband. Over the last decade, Amy has immersed herself in kettlebell training and triathlon racing, including the AC 70.3 and the Marine Corp Marathon. She holds a kettlebell certification from StrongFirst and specializes in the Turkish Getup. Her love for this style of exercise and the sense of community led her to become an instructor, and she now leads classes with a keen focus on creating a welcoming and motivating environment.

Cailin McCully

Cailin is a former Division 1 Rower from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. She has always loved playing sports growing up playing multiple a year like soccer, gymnastics, and rowing. Transitioning for her love for sports into working with athletes and coaching both women’s soccer and rowing. Her hobbies include snowboarding, surfing, any activity outdoors especially hiking. She is super close and enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family. Outside of training and instructing at Greate Bay Racquet and Fitness she also trains at Sweat Studio in Ocean City and teaches a few classes.

Cailin is super excited to be a part of the Greate Bay Training family as she has been a member for many years!

Charlie Sher

Charlie has been a member at Greate Bay since 2020 and became a Functional Training instructor in 2024! He is currently enlisted in the New Jersey National Guard as well as spends his summer on the beach as a Longport Beach lifeguard. He considers himself lucky to be a part of the Greate Bay family and can’t wait to continue his journey at Greate Bay helping people achieve their fitness goals while having fun in the process!

Meg Wiemer

Meg Wiemer is a passionate and experienced fitness enthusiast with over three years of training experience. She is not only a devoted teacher in Atlantic City but also a proud mom to her wonderful son, Theo. When she’s not in the training room, Meg enjoys exploring new places, diving into captivating books, hitting the slopes for snowboarding adventures, cheering for the Eagles, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
