Amy Manzione
Over the past decade, Amy has immersed herself in strength training and endurance sports, developing a particular passion for kettlebell training. She is StrongFirst kettlebell certified and has a special appreciation for mastering and teaching the Turkish Get-Up, a movement that embodies strength, stability, and functional fitness. In addition to her strength training background, Amy is an accomplished endurance athlete who has completed multiple triathlons, including the Atlantic City 70.3, as well as the Marine Corps Marathon.
Amy’s passion for functional fitness grew from the positive impact it had on her own life, both physically and mentally. Inspired by the supportive community she found through training, she became an instructor to help others experience the same sense of accomplishment, confidence, and connection. Her classes are designed to be challenging yet approachable, with an emphasis on proper technique, encouragement, and creating a welcoming environment where every participant feels supported.

His commitment to service, discipline, and teamwork carries over into every class he teaches, where he strives to create a motivating, supportive, and high-energy training environment.
Charlie considers himself incredibly fortunate to be part of the Greate Bay family and is excited to continue growing alongside the members who have inspired him throughout his own fitness journey. Meg Wiemer
Outside of the gym, Meg is a proud mom to her son, and daughter who inspire her to lead an active and healthy lifestyle. When she’s not teaching or training, she enjoys traveling to new places, getting lost in a great book, snowboarding during the winter months, cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Meg believes that fitness is about more than just physical strength—it’s about improving your overall well-being, building resilience, and having fun along the way. Her classes are designed to challenge both your body and your mindset while making every workout enjoyable and rewarding.
