Kerry A. Lorick Jr.
DIRECTOR OF PERSONAL TRAINING & MEMBER ENGAGEMENT
Kerry A. Lorick Jr. has 31 years of experience in physical rehabilitation and personal training, specializing in human performance and injury rehabilitation. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology with co-curricular studies in Athletic Training.
He is a specialist in physical rehabilitation, postural analysis, positional release, sports-specific training, speed and agility, and golf-specific training. Kerry has studied hands-on massage, trigger-point, manual stretching techniques, as well as A.R.T. and myofascial release, specializing in Pain-Free Performance.
He manages a department of experienced trainers and is a member of the Greate Bay Titleist Performance Institute team. As the Director of Member Engagement, he offers body composition and mobility assessments, as well as fitness education to ensure member confidence.

Kelly Adams
PERSONAL TRAINER
Kelly Adams is a dedicated and accomplished fitness professional with a passion for empowering others through personal training and nutrition coaching. As an ISSA certified Personal Fitness Trainer and PN1 Nutrition Coach, Kelly’s expertise is backed by a strong foundation of knowledge and experience.
Her journey in the fitness industry began with her own pursuit of excellence. Motivated by her passion for fitness, she sought training and mentorship from some of the most respected IFBB Pro bodybuilding coaches, ultimately becoming an NPC nationally qualified Bikini competitor. This immersive experience instilled in her a deep understanding of the sport and a profound desire to assist others in transforming their bodies and minds.
For Kelly, nothing brings greater fulfillment than guiding her clients on their fitness journeys. She takes pride in equipping them with the necessary tools, encompassing both training and nutrition, to embrace a lifestyle that propels them towards surpassing their goals.

Debbie Best
PERSONAL TRAINER
With over 15 years of personal training experience, Debbie Best is a highly skilled and passionate fitness expert. As a certified functional movement specialist (FMS), Debbie possesses a deep understanding of optimizing movement patterns for enhanced performance and injury prevention.
Debbie has collaborated with physical therapists in the area, supporting patients on their journey to recovery from various injuries. She specializes in working with clients recovering from breast cancer, providing compassionate and empowering fitness guidance throughout their wellness journey. Moreover, Debbie has a strong focus on assisting senior clients with balance, strength, and weight training. Recognizing the specific needs of individuals with osteoporosis and osteopenia, she creates safe and effective exercise regimens to improve bone density, enhance stability, and promote a higher quality of life.
Debbie thrives on helping clients achieve their personal fitness goals and firmly believes that embracing a fitness lifestyle holds the key to unlocking one’s full potential.

Tom Bordonaro
PERSONAL TRAINER
Tom is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer by ISSA. He grew up participating in youth sports and went on to play baseball in college. In his early 20s, Tom worked as a fitness trainer before pursuing a career as a Firefighter. He eventually retired as a Fire Captain, EMT, and Training Officer.
Tom has also coached youth sports and takes pride in seeing his athletes improve their skills. He firmly believes that fitness is essential for a healthy lifestyle and longevity. Tom creates personalized programs based on each client’s specific needs and goals, incorporating strength training, mobility, balance, and endurance for optimal results.
With nearly a decade of membership at Greate Bay Racquet and Fitness, Tom is passionate about guiding clients in their fitness journey.

Jake Cook
PERSONAL TRAINER
Meet Jake, he has over 5 years of experience training alongside professional and division one athletes. His love for fitness and sports brought him to personal training. He is a certified personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Jake also studied biology in college where he also played football.
His passion for fitness and sports has brought him to do something that he loves and be able to help others. Jake offers 1 on 1 workout sessions and group training.

Kelly Devine
PERSONAL TRAINER
With over 25 yrs in the fitness industry and an AFPA certified personal trainer since 2007. She is CPR/AED certified. Kelly is both an individual and small group trainer with experience training clientele ranging from as young as 14 to 85 years of age with various goals and limitations. In addition, she provides nutritional coaching. She is very passionate about helping each person achieve their goals and learning how to raise their personal bar. Kelly’s mindset is there is no journey that is too long or has too many obstacles that can’t be achieved with hard work, dedication and consistency.
Kelly has also trained clients nationally through the use of virtual training and prides herself in empowering them with the tools necessary to be fit even from home. She has worked side by side with clients helping them overcome their struggle with obesity. Today, these individuals continue to lead healthy lifestyles.Kelly is a NPC bikini competitor, a mom of 6, and enjoys spending her free time with family and traveling.

Pat Dioguoardo
PERSONAL TRAINER
Meet Pat, our certified Athletic Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Functional Movement Systems Professional! He’s also certified in CPR/AED by the American Red Cross.
Pat holds a BS in Athletic Training from West Chester University and an M.Ed. in Sports and Recreation Facility Management from Temple University. With 31 years of experience as a Head Athletic Trainer at Mainland Regional High School, Pat has helped countless athletes recover from injuries, transition back to sports, and prevent future injuries through pre-season and in-season conditioning programs.
As a personal trainer, he’s also certified in FMS, allowing him to assess movement patterns and identify weaknesses for each client. Whether you’re looking to improve performance as an older client seeking better mobility or every age in between, Pat’s extensive experience makes him the ideal trainer for you. Andrew Duff
PERSONAL TRAINER
As a seasoned strength and conditioning specialist with a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, I bring a wealth of experience to my clients. With a background in kinesiology from The College of New Jersey and a master’s degree in Sport Science from the University of Pittsburgh, I’ve developed a passion for building successful habits and fostering positive relationships that enhance overall quality of life. My coaching experience spans various age groups and disciplines, including serving as a College Strength and Conditioning Coach at Carnegie Mellon University and a Youth Weightlifting Coach at the Pittsburgh Fitness Project.
As a dedicated professional with a Level 1 Weightlifting Coach certification through USA Weightlifting, my goal is to empower clients to achieve their goals and improve their well-being. Whether through personalized training programs or group coaching sessions, I focus on creating a supportive environment that encourages growth and development. With a strong foundation in research, having served as a Research Assistant at the UPitt Neuromuscular Research Lab, I’m well-equipped to design effective and safe training programs tailored to individual needs. Lacey Giannetta
PERSONAL TRAINER
With a passion for health and fitness, Lacey Giannetta is dedicated to helping individuals find passion and enjoyment in movement while also guiding them to reach their full potential. As a certified personal trainer with 11 years of experience, Lacey specializes in designing customized workout programs tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.
Having earned a master’s certification from the American Sports and Fitness Association, Lacey possesses the knowledge and expertise to coach and train in a variety of different styles, with a specialty in CrossFit and Olympic lifting.
Lacey’s goal is to create and maintain a supportive and motivating environment that empowers clients to surpass their limits and discover their true capabilities. She strongly believes that fitness extends beyond the physical aspect and plays a pivotal role in mental health and overall wellness.
Lacey approaches fitness as a positive and beneficial outlet for the mind, emphasizing the importance of staying present, focused, and connecting the mind and body.

Bill Horner
PERSONAL TRAINER
Meet Bill, our certified teacher and trainer who grew up in the greater Philadelphia region. He has a strong athletic background as a collegiate athlete, and extensive knowledge in the fields of human physiology and nutrition. He is certified in various areas including Personal Training (NASM), Speed & Agility (NSPA), Weightlifting Performance (NSPA), and Sports Nutrition (NSPA & Precision Lv.1). Bill also has 10+ years of coaching experience with athletes at the youth and high school levels; including earning the United Soccer Coaches National “C” Level Diploma.
Complacency is not part of Bill’s vocabulary. He pays close attention to detail and has a deep understanding of fitness and functional movement, allowing him to excel in helping his clients reach their fitness goals. Personalize your training program with Bill and optimize your health!

Kimberly Maracotta
PERSONAL TRAINER
Kimberly Maracotta is a certified personal trainer with a proven track record in transforming lives through tailored fitness solutions. Since 2015, she has been a dedicated member of Steele Fitness, specializing in designing and implementing customized training programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels. Kimberly’s approach makes fitness fun, challenging, and empowering, building physical strength, confidence, and mental resilience.
An ISSA certification highlights her commitment to safe and effective fitness practices, while her experience in a professional fitness competition—finishing in the top 5—gives her valuable insight into the discipline required to excel in fitness training. Kimberly has also worked extensively with youth sports teams, focusing on proper warm-ups and injury prevention.
Her holistic approach combines tailored workouts, nutritional guidance, and mental wellness strategies to create a sustainable, enjoyable fitness experience. Kimberly is passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals, staying inspired through ongoing learning and participation in fitness trends and outdoor activities.

Cailin McCully
Cailin is a former Division 1 Rower from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. She has always loved playing sports growing up playing multiple a year like soccer, gymnastics, and rowing. Transitioning for her love for sports into working with athletes and coaching both women’s soccer and rowing. Her hobbies include snowboarding, surfing, any activity outdoors especially hiking. She is super close and enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family. Outside of training and instructing at Greate Bay Racquet and Fitness she also trains at Sweat Studio in Ocean City and teaches a few classes.
Cailin is super excited to be a part of the Greate Bay Training family as she has been a member for many years!

Luke Moncman
Luke Moncman is thrilled to join the Greate Bay Personal Training Team. His journey into fitness began in middle school when he started working out with his dad and quickly developed a passion for it. This early exposure taught him the value of pushing his limits and imparted many life lessons.
Luke is a 2017 graduate of St. Augustine Prep, where he excelled in lacrosse, basketball, and rugby. Initially committing to play lacrosse at Salisbury University, he ultimately chose to pursue other passions, transferring to Monmouth University and graduating in 2021 with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in International Business.
Currently, Luke works in sales for International Game Technology, selling slot machines to casinos in the Northeast. His competitive nature extended into CrossFit, where he competed seriously and developed a passion for Olympic weightlifting, appreciating its technical demands.
Luke’s training philosophy incorporates a diverse mix of bodybuilding, HIIT, and strength training. He believes in the importance of not just being strong, but also being physically fit, and strives to make gym sessions enjoyable by incorporating a variety of movements beyond the traditional. His impressive achievements include a 500+ pound deadlift, 500+ pound back squat, 430+ pound front squat, 315+ pound bench press, 350 pound squat clean, and a 315 pound clean and jerk. Luke’s dedication to fitness and varied approach to training make him a valuable addition to the Greate Bay Personal Training Team.

Daryl Palmer
PERSONAL TRAINER
Daryl is a seasoned personal trainer with over seven years of experience in the fitness industry. A former Golden Glove Champion from Washington DC. Daryl brings a wealth of knowledge from both the boxing ring and the training floor. As an ISSA Nationally Certified Personal Trainer , Daryl specializes in helping clients reach their fitness goals through tailored workout programs, combining strength, endurance, and conditioning.
In addition to being a certified trainer, Daryl is a CPR/AED certified professional, ensuring safety and well-being in all training sessions. With a deep passion for boxing, Daryl also offers expert boxing training, helping athletes improve their technique, fitness, and overall performance.
Whether you’re looking to improve your strength, lose weight, or train like a champion, Daryl will guide you every step of the way to achieve your fitness goals.

Stacey Price
PERSONAL TRAINER
Meet Stacey Price, a personal trainer and yoga instructor hailing from Ventnor, NJ. With a B.S. in Kinesiology from Jacksonville University, Stacey rowed division I for four years, competing in the NCAA national championship each year. After her athletic career, Stacey moved into coaching, earning her M.S. in Kinesiology from Jacksonville University and M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from Temple University. Stacey is also a certified Yoga Alliance 200 hour RYT after completing a two-week intensive retreat in Mexico. In addition, Stacey is a lifeguard for Ventnor Beach Patrol, where she has competed in lifeguard races every summer since 2013.
Stacey has a passion for the beach, surfing, and all things rowing related. Her focus is on helping others establish a strong mind-body connection to boost confidence and optimize wellness.

Paul Ricci
PERSONAL TRAINER
Paul has over 20 years of experience as a professional Strength & Conditioning Coach with 6 NFL teams and 2 NCAA Division 1 Athletics Programs (M/W Basketball &M/W Golf).
As a lifelong learner, Paul has just completed his Functional Golf Specialist certification through the Gray Institute. He has several other gold-standard certifications including Master Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCCa), Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) and Certification of Applied Functional Science (Gray Institute).

Charlie Sher
PERSONAL TRAINER
Charlie has been a member at Greate Bay since 2020 and became a Functional Training instructor in 2024! He is currently enlisted in the New Jersey National Guard as well as spends his summer on the beach as a Longport Beach lifeguard. He considers himself lucky to be a part of the Greate Bay family and can’t wait to continue his journey at Greate Bay helping people achieve their fitness goals while having fun in the process!
