Abella Gbidi
YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Abella carries a vibrant and warming presence with a passion for education and uplifting others to new heights through the practice of yoga. As an experienced 500-hr certified instructor, she found her way to yoga after her undergraduate at Stockton University.
When college came to a close, she knew she had to connect with a fitness community that reminded her of the years as a high school and college rower. From the first yoga class, she began to shape her life around the foundations that her teachers would teach on. Abella has created a strong community by teaching at several studios. Yoga gave her the dictionary to listen to her body and mind in a new way. Any classes that she leads places the focus on each student, listening to the non-verbal cues, and recognizing the specific growth spots for every individual. As Abella has grown, so has her yoga community. She enjoys individual private classes with elderly clients, school youth programs, and even professional adults in medical care.
With over 10 years of practice, it goes to say that yoga stood as a fitness and spiritual regimen. Abella balances a position in the medical field while particiating in Masters’ rowing practices, yoga classes, and time in the gym. If you see her, be sure to say hi!

Sam Hammond
CYCLE & HIIT CYCLE INSTRUCTOR
After being a cycle addict in Philadelphia for years, Sam moved to the Jersey Shore and became AAAI/ISMA certified. She has been a cycling instructor for the past seven years. Her classes blend endurance riding, upper body push ups on the handle bar, and free weights on the bike for a total body workout. Powerful music will motivate riders to leave it all on the bike. Sam’s motto is to “go hard today so you feel it tomorrow.”
Come grind and climb with Sam and see what it’s all about! When Sam isn’t on the bike, you can find her walking the Ocean City Bridge or on the beach with a good book.
