Lacey Giannetta

Functional Training Program Coordinator

With a passion for health and fitness, Lacey Giannetta is dedicated to helping individuals find passion and enjoyment in movement while also guiding them to reach their full potential. As a certified personal trainer with 11 years of experience, Lacey specializes in designing customized workout programs tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.

Having earned a master’s certification from the American Sports and Fitness Association, Lacey possesses the knowledge and expertise to coach and train in a variety of different styles, with a specialty in CrossFit and Olympic lifting. 

Lacey’s goal is to create and maintain a supportive and motivating environment that empowers clients to surpass their limits and discover their true capabilities. She strongly believes that fitness extends beyond the physical aspect and plays a pivotal role in mental health and overall wellness.

Lacey approaches fitness as a positive and beneficial outlet for the mind, emphasizing the importance of staying present, focused, and connecting the mind and body.

Devon Forrestel

Devon is a 35-year-old mom of two who has been a member of the Greate Bay Functional training program since 2021. She has her certification in group fitness through AAAI and is currently enrolled in courses to obtain her master’s of functional training through the Functional Training Institute. She hopes to further her education to obtain her Strong First certification as well! She is also First Aid,CPR and AED certified. She looks forward to helping others work toward achieving their fitness goals!

Jon Fulford

Introducing Jon, the dynamic new addition to the Greate Bay Functional Training team! Jon’s remarkable fitness journey began at just 11 years old in a repurposed chicken coop that had been transformed into a functional home gym. With unrestricted access and the mentorship of his grandfather, Jon’s initial curiosity about bodybuilding and powerlifting rapidly grew into a lifelong passion.

A distinguished Armed Forces Veteran, Jon holds an impressive array of certifications from the International Sports Sciences Association, including Personal Trainer, Elite Trainer, Fitness Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Strength and Conditioning Expert. His extensive qualifications highlight his profound expertise and his ability to tailor fitness programs to the unique needs of each client.

Jon’s mission is to empower individuals by creating personalized action plans designed to optimize performance and achieve transformative results. Whether you are just beginning your fitness journey and eager to master the fundamentals of functional movement, or an elite athlete seeking to elevate your capabilities, Jon’s deep knowledge and versatile experience will help propel you towards your goals.

Rich King

Rich King is a dedicated fitness professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the College of New Jersey. He is a NASM certified personal trainer and serves as a Physical Therapist Aid at Shore Medical Center. Rich is also a Functional Fitness Instructor at Greate Bay and has been an integral part of the Greate Bay Fitness Community for over a decade. His fitness journey began through his love for rugby during college, which eventually led him into the world of fitness. Rich is BLS certified and is continually expanding his knowledge by seeking out new skills and exercise modalities to enhance his abilities as a trainer and coach.

Amy Manzione

Amy Manzione brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to her role as a fitness instructor. Born in Des Moines, Iowa, and having lived in various places throughout her life, she now calls Egg Harbor Township home after nearly two decades. Amy is a mother of three and a successful culinary professional, owning and operating Stir It Up Catering, Craft Kitchen, and Scratch Baking alongside her husband. Over the last decade, Amy has immersed herself in kettlebell training and triathlon racing, including the AC 70.3 and the Marine Corp Marathon. She holds a kettlebell certification from StrongFirst and specializes in the Turkish Getup. Her love for this style of exercise and the sense of community led her to become an instructor, and she now leads classes with a keen focus on creating a welcoming and motivating environment.

Luke Moncman

Luke Moncman is thrilled to join the Greate Bay Personal Training Team. His journey into fitness began in middle school when he started working out with his dad and quickly developed a passion for it. This early exposure taught him the value of pushing his limits and imparted many life lessons.

Luke is a 2017 graduate of St. Augustine Prep, where he excelled in lacrosse, basketball, and rugby. Initially committing to play lacrosse at Salisbury University, he ultimately chose to pursue other passions, transferring to Monmouth University and graduating in 2021 with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in International Business.

Currently, Luke works in sales for International Game Technology, selling slot machines to casinos in the Northeast. His competitive nature extended into CrossFit, where he competed seriously and developed a passion for Olympic weightlifting, appreciating its technical demands.

Luke’s training philosophy incorporates a diverse mix of bodybuilding, HIIT, and strength training. He believes in the importance of not just being strong, but also being physically fit, and strives to make gym sessions enjoyable by incorporating a variety of movements beyond the traditional. His impressive achievements include a 500+ pound deadlift, 500+ pound back squat, 430+ pound front squat, 315+ pound bench press, 350 pound squat clean, and a 315 pound clean and jerk. Luke’s dedication to fitness and varied approach to training make him a valuable addition to the Greate Bay Personal Training Team.

Charlie Sher

Charlie has been a member at Greate Bay since 2020 and became a Functional Training instructor in 2024! He is currently enlisted in the New Jersey National Guard as well as spends his summer on the beach as a Longport Beach lifeguard. He considers himself lucky to be a part of the Greate Bay family and can’t wait to continue his journey at Greate Bay helping people achieve their fitness goals while having fun in the process!

Meg Wiemer

Meg Wiemer is a passionate and experienced fitness enthusiast with over three years of training experience. She is not only a devoted teacher in Atlantic City but also a proud mom to her wonderful son, Theo. When she’s not in the training room, Meg enjoys exploring new places, diving into captivating books, hitting the slopes for snowboarding adventures, cheering for the Eagles, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
